located on the corner of 56th street and coastal highway in ocean city, maryland, the ocean city brewing company is fairly new to the craft beers game. it had only been open (less than a year, i believe) on the day of my visit. they offer a tour for a small fee, and even though i have been on many a brewery tour, this has by far been my favorite. robb (with two bees) is an owner/brewmaster (if i remember correctly) and gave us our chilly november tour wearing sandals (and a beard worthy of birds nesting in it...come on, family guy? yes?) and a smile.
at the tour's conclusion, you are offered up a flight of their craft beers (you get to choose, as there are many to choose from) served to you in a nifty little surfboard. there is also a pub, you can hang out at the bar or sit at one of their many tables and enjoy something from their menu. stop in. take the tour. have a beer. tell rob with two bees the zombie gnome says hi. on to my next adventure...
